Tightness of Breath

Be willing to breathe in the sadness and fear. Be willing to let go and mourn.

Refrain

Again and again. Or hold back? I need a language lesson. I don’t know. I need a book. A book of understanding. A place to hold my thoughts externally. Is this a good strategy? We can make a design. Put it under a stress test. See how it holds up. Analysis: watch a video, tell what you see. Inventory: Start with your drawers. I will use FL old drawers. Inventory: cut out a square piece of brown paper. Get a piece of white paper. Inventory: Find a container with things in it. Examine an item. Write down what an item is. Cut out the words representing the item.

Too busy

I’m reading “When things fall apart” by Pema Chodron. Watch the sun come up. Watch the sun go down. The tides of the sea, hot and cold, these things will go on forever. Look closely, appreciate, open our minds. Is what I am doing ok? What I am do g does not seem right. It does not seem it’s enough. It all needs less. We need depth.

Basics

Keeping Centered even with surprises and out of the ordinary celebrations. Monitored, consistent. Even with all the undone, falling apart things. Regrets and fears and hopes.  Drink water. Breathe. Relax and trust. Come back to the present moment.

Inventing

Using an item put together with another item to do something. Layers of interaction. I’m going back to work at school today. Big changes, but only at the idea level. Not a big revamp. A reset. Tending to the roots, not trying to force a bloom, or even being concerned with seeing a bloom form. What are roots? What are our roots? The core wiring. Our nervous system. Ultra sensitive to changes in the environment. Which sets our awareness to keep us safe. Keeping us safe means we know what’s coming and have what we need in any given environment. So how do we predict environmental changes so we can prepare for the future? Our nervous system (The Brain; CNS, and Nerves; PNS) interprets information via transduction of waves to chemical movements. Habits catch up- after two weeks of no school, starting back up is very difficult.

New Year’s Day

2026 I made a business purchase. A bulletin board. I bought it at Hobby Lobby.
