Let your words be counted

Less is more. Be concise. It’s less confusing and annoying to others. Montessori p.87.

Not knowing what to expect, let things come to you, then they will pass. Sometimes they look like they’re coming, but they pass you by and don’t touch you.

Overwhelm and doubt can create the Grimacing Tide from within, but taking the time to get centered is the best thing I can think of to do. 

On second thought, I can first get centered and brave, to open up and face the Grimacing Tide, inside and outside.

The Model of Support:

“Hold my hand, look me in the eye, I have something to say that might be hard for you to hear. I’m sorry to tell you, we can’t do XYZ, there was a problem with ABC.”
